TERMS & CONDITIONS

By approving the invoice and paying the deposit, the couple
agrees to the following terms and conditions:

Article 1: The Photographer and Execution of the Assignment
Captured with Passion will photograph the couple's wedding using professional equipment and backup equipment. The assignment will be carried out to the best of the photographer's ability and in accordance with professional standards. All images will be delivered in the photographer's distinctive editing style.

Article 2: Deposit
1. Captured with Passion requires a deposit of 50% of the total invoice amount upon booking the wedding date.
2. The deposit is due within 14 days of the invoice date. Failure to pay the deposit within this period may result in the agreement being terminated and the reserved wedding date being released.

Article 3: Final Payment
1. Captured with Passion will issue an invoice to the couple for the remaining 50% of the total amount due.
2. The couple shall pay the remaining balance within 14 days of receiving the preview gallery. The final editing process and delivery of the full gallery will proceed once payment has been received.

Article 4: Products and delivery
1. Captured with Passion will send a preview of approximately 15 edited photos after the wedding day.
2. Captured with Passion delivers the number of photos stated on the invoice.
3. Captured with Passion delivers its files digitally.
4. Captured with Passion does not deliver RAW image files.
5. Captured with Passion applies an estimated delivery time of 6–8 weeks at the beginning of the season and 8–10 weeks during peak season.

Article 5: Copyright and privacy
1. The copyright of the photos always remains with Captured with Passion. The photos may be freely used by the couple, with consultation for commercial use.
2. The photos may not be further edited by the couple in order to preserve the visual style of Captured with Passion.
3. Captured with Passion will under no circumstances disclose or share personal data with third parties.

Article 6: Cancellation and suspension
1. If an invoice is not paid within the payment term, Captured with Passion may, after informing the couple, suspend all its work for the client until the invoice amount has been paid.
2. Depending on the stage at which the cancellation of the agreement takes place, the couple may receive the following percentage of the deposit back;
